  • 20 January: Launch of JCFJ’s new web-based educational initiative ‘Whycare?’ [www.whycare.ie] by students of Crescent College, Limerick, and leader of Labour Party, Mr Eamon Gilmore. Crescent College at 2pm.
  • 26 January: Colm Brophy SJ, currently working with JUST Ballymun, will lead a session on ‘The dreamer as artist’ at a free event which closes the art exhibition of Maria Place, Ballymun resident and TCD M.Phil. Candidate in Psychoanalysis. The event takes place in Axis: Ballymun, Main Street, Ballymun, Dublin 9. Other talks will be given by Ross Skelton, senior lecturer at TCD and lifelong analyst, and Maria Place herself. Event is free, but places are strictly limited.
